The Rialto Building, located at 906 Grand Boulevard in Kansas City, Missouri, is a historic 13-story structure that has undergone numerous transformations throughout its more than a century-long history.
Originally constructed from 1910 to 1911, the building replaced a five-story predecessor built in 1887, which was destroyed by a devastating fire in 1909. Over the years, the Rialto Building has been a hub for medical offices, corporate tenants, and, more recently, a hotel, reflecting the evolving needs and character of downtown Kansas City.
