Located at 915-917 Wyandotte Street in the bustling heart of Kansas City, Missouri, the Baker-Vawter Building stands as a testament to the architectural and industrial evolution of the early 20th century. I stumbled across this beautiful façade while shooting photos of the Old New England Building, which is just a half-block away.
Designed by the renowned architectural firm Hoit, Price, and Barnes in 1920, this building is a prominent example of the Commercial Style that characterized much of the urban development during this period.
